Membership FAQ
A clear starting point for your development conversation.
Plans are built around the individual player. Launch age eligibility is still being finalized. Share your player’s age when you get started so Tristan can confirm the right fit.
Equipment depends on the individualized workout. Tell us what space and equipment you have. The coaching team will confirm what your player needs before you begin; a universal equipment list has not been finalized.
The monthly membership is remote development: a personalized PDF plan and coach-written workout, parent-portal messages and check-ins, and a monthly Zoom Webinar. It is not a lesson-credit membership. In-person lessons and camps are separate opportunities, with availability announced separately.
Each player receives a new personalized program every month. First-plan turnaround and the regular monthly delivery schedule are still being finalized and will be confirmed before enrollment.
Check-ins and questions through the parent portal are included. The check-in frequency and normal staff response time are still being finalized. Tristan will explain the support schedule before you enroll.
After learning about your player’s goals, age, schedule, and development needs, Tristan will recommend a level of support and provide a personalized monthly quote. You can review the plan and pricing before deciding to enroll.

TM BASEBALL
Founder profile
I’m Tristan McAlister, founder of TM Baseball — a player development organization built around a simple belief:
Every player is different. Their development should be too.
My baseball journey has allowed me to experience the game from several different perspectives — as a Division I player, college coach, recruiter, professional scout, and player-development coach. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside great baseball minds and with players ranging from youth baseball to some of the best amateur and professional players in the game.
Those experiences have shaped the way I coach today.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to developing a baseball player. Every athlete moves differently, learns differently, and has different strengths, deficiencies, and goals.
My job as a coach isn’t simply to give players drills. It’s to understand the player in front of me, identify what they need, communicate it in a way that makes sense to them, and build a development plan with purpose.
A note from Tristan
Develop the player.
Educate the player.
Prepare the person.
There is more baseball information available today than ever before. Players are constantly exposed to new drills, mechanics, philosophies, and opinions.
More information doesn’t always mean better development.
TM Baseball was created to help players cut through that noise.
I also understand that no single coach has all the answers. That’s why I’ve put together a team of coaches with college and professional playing and coaching experience, bringing different perspectives, experiences, and areas of expertise to the development process.
Collectively, our staff has worked with players at nearly every level of the game — from 6U through 18U, college athletes, and professional players.
Our goal isn’t to force every athlete into the same system. It’s to understand the player in front of us and determine what THEY need to get better.
We want players to understand what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how it helps them. We want them to recognize their strengths, attack their deficiencies, build routines they believe in, learn how to make adjustments, and eventually take ownership of their own development.
Because ultimately, we’re not trying to create players who always need a coach standing beside them.
We’re trying to develop players who can think, adjust, and compete for themselves.
And development goes beyond baseball. The game gives us an opportunity to teach accountability, preparation, confidence, competitiveness, communication, and how to handle failure. Those lessons will stay with a player long after their playing career ends.
That’s what TM Baseball is about.
Develop the player. Educate the player. Prepare the person.
TM Baseball
Train. Develop. Compete.
